Assistance, L.L.C. is a dynamic, Almaty-based law firm with affiliated and correspondent offices in the U.S.A., the U.K., Turkey and throughout the Commonwealth of Independent States (the “CIS”), and a multinational business-oriented practice specialized in providing assistance to individuals and companies doing business and investments in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries of the former Soviet Union.
The firm has been established in 1988 and is truly the oldest private law firm in Kazakhstan. It is duly licensed to practice law in Kazakhstan. As the legal and business environment has become increasingly complex and specialized, the Firm has established a full-service sophisticated practice designed to effectively meet clients’ needs.
The firm's mission is to provide high quality, fast, cost-effective, customized legal advice to our clients, helping them to be successful with their business and investments in Kazakhstan. All our work on the clients' project is marked with the personal attention given by our staff members, assigned to the project, to the client's specific legal needs and business objectives, and high efficiency in terms of cost and timing.
