        <p>The Firm consists of high-skilled professionals holding academic degrees of doctors and masters of sciences, business and law and significant professional experience. The Firm employs attorneys admitted in various jurisdictions, including the Republic of Kazakhstan , the Russian Federation and the State of New York ( U.S.A. ), and practicing in nearly all areas of law, including international, commercial, civil, administrative, criminal, financial, business laws, intellectual property and taxation, as well as business consultants in the fields of human resources and management. We are experienced in handling various domestic and international corporate transactions, commercial arbitration and litigation, tax appeals, project financing, immigration matters and criminal cases. <br>

About 80% of our staff is bilingual, with knowledge of both English and Russian languages, and 40% is trilingual, with knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages. In addition to this, members of our staff speak Arabic, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Tatar, Turkish, and Ukrainian languages. <br>
