Our fees are normally based on the time required by the individuals assigned to the engagement. Individual hourly rates vary according to the degree of responsibility involved and experience and skill required. In addition to this, we may consider fixed fee and other fee arrangements.
Our loyal clients are rewarded with the Discount Fee Reward points that can be applied towards their payment on our invoices. For more information, please refer to section 'Discount Fee Rewards To Our Loyal Clients' below.
In addition to this, the Firm may periodically provide our clients with a number of other benefits and discounts. For example,
(a) For members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan - wherein we are the member as well - we offer a 10% discount on legal fees for our review and revision of employment agreements under the laws of Kazakhstan .
(b) For businesses that are considering to enter the Kazakhstani market, we offer a one-time discounted package of any 10 specific questions under the laws of Kazakhstan in categories listed below, for the fixed price of USD 1,000 (excluding VAT), or an equivalent thereof, subject to the conflicts of interest and other ethical considerations:

• dispute resolutions;
• taxation.
